Na groot succes in zijn eigen land, Australie, is het nu tijd voor NitrouZ om Nederland te veroveren.
NitrouZ heeft ondertussen al twee keer op Defqon.1 in Almere gedraaid en heeft zelfs zijn skills kunnen laten zien op de mainstage van Defqon.1 Australie.
Ondertussen is NitrouZ hard aan de weg aan het timmeren hier in Nederland en is daarnaast druk bezig in de studio. Helaas heeft NitrouZ nog niet aan de Nederlandse taal kunnen werken, daarom hebben we zijn interview in het Engels geplaatst.
My climax of this year was:
My climax of the year would have to be my big move to The Netherlands, moving to NL has been such a great experience and opened many doors to new opportunities that I never had. I am now apart of a great label DMW and I am smack in the middle of the worlds Hardstyle Scene.
I have been honoured to have played at some amazing parties so far and visited some beautiful countries such as Defqon.1, Q-dance presents: Fusion, Estonia, Last World and more.
What I didn’t like what happened in 2010:
Well the move has also meant that I have had to start from scratch again, as a DJ I miss being able to play every week so that has been the only downfall so far.
The coolest party of this year was:
Hmm.. thats a hard question, In the Netherlands I think it would have to be 2: Opening the blue stage at Defqon.1 this year was an amazing feeling and a moment I will never forget.
Also Q-dance presents: Fusion was great as I got to play with a lot of my close friends and celebrate this special night with them.

The biggest idiot of the year 2010:
I thought long and hard about this one and actually couldnt pick one.. so I guess everyone has been great.
The biggest talent(s) of 2010 is:
Well of course I am going to say NitrouZ 
If I had to answer without myself being involved then I would have to say Toneshifterz and Bioweapon, these guys are killing it at the moment, all of their productions are Gold and are being played by everyone in the scene. Its good to see some huge talent coming out of Australia!
The weirdest thing that happend during a performance:
This year? Would have to be my final set in Australia at Magic City when Zany & DV8 joined me for my last performance they both attacked me on stage while I was mixing. I really didnt expect it so it was weird but extemely fun at the same time!
I won’t do again in 2011:
Waste another minute not being in the studio, I have so many ideas at the moment so I want to get the all down as fast as possible. Who knew that moving to a new country would take up so much time?
What are you going to do with christmas?
This Christmas will be my first white one EVER, for me this will be very new. Usually on Christmas day we are sitting by the pool in 30+ degree weather and eating seafood from 9 in the morning.
This year I will be spending Christmas with my girlfriend and her family in true Dutch style so I am very excited to see how things are done, I made it through Sinter Klaas so I think I will be fine 
What are you going to do on new years eve?
Well NYE is again a very special occassion as I will be perfoming at Qountdown! Ever since the party started I have always wanted to attend it so for me it is going to be the party of the year. I will be playing some of my new productions that havent been heard before so I cant wait for the people to hear them!
Do you buy fireworks for new year eve?
In Australia fireworks aren't legal so If I can get them here then I will be for sure!
What are your plans for 2011?
2011, well to spend a lot more time in the studio and also travel a little bit around Europe, I have just decided to extend my trip for a further 3 months so I wont be going back home until early September. Sorry Holland but you have to put up with me for a little longer!!
I am hoping to play at some more of the great festivals here so lets hope I kick it off with Defqon.1 2011 (I love you Q-Dance)
What can we expect of you next year?
A whole bunch of new solo releases coming up in the first part of the year with some collaborations I have done with Toneshifterz, Abyss & Judge and coming up Bioweapon and some more great artist.
I also plan on doing something new with NitrouZ performance wise so you will have to keep an eye and ear out for that one!
Of which artist do you expect the most?
I am really diggin the sounds of all the new guys out there at the moment, Toneshifterz, Bioweapon, S Dee, Ran-D, The Yorfridiz, Kodex, Dutch Master and the list goes on and on I think they are producing some really fantastic material so the scene is definatley still kicking hard!
What would you want to see different in the scene next year?
I would love to see an influx of new parties come into the scene especially back home. I really want the Australian scene to build like the rest of Europe. It has already started with the introduction of Q-Dance but we still need more.
Coolest movie in 2010:
I think I would have to say Inception. I watched it again last night and it was still just as amazing as the first time!

NitrouZ – City Bitch! Yes I know it has foul language but hey you have to learn the words some time!
What would you want to say to the party people for next year:
Keep doing what you are doing without you we would be playing to an empty floor! You keep us motivated and determined to bring you more and more!
