Where can I book my tickets for Q-dance events?

Will the site still be attainable when many people are making a booking at the same time due to the popularity of certain events?
Yes, the site will stay attainable. During heavy activity a queue will be created, which will be visible on the website. The website remembers your position in the queue. When you click F5 to refresh the page, you will return to the end of the line, so don't use this function! The principle 'first come, first served' will be respected. The queue doesn't guarantee you'll be able to purchase a ticket, but the process will be upright.
Will there be exclusive pre-registrations for events?
This differs among events, but for some events this will still be the case. When this applies to you, you'll receive a message from Q-dance.
Can I already enroll to the ticket sale on your website?
No, that's not possible yet. But when you have booked a ticket via Paylogic before, you can use the same account data.
I cannot use my Paylogic Account, what to do?
It can be possible that you forgot you password or that your password isn't valid anymore.
Please click "Forgot password" and you will receive a link where you can change your password.
When your account is unknown you will need to subscribe again.
Who can I approach for questions concerning my booking?
You can contact Paylogic: they take care of the whole ticket sale. Do this by sending an email to
clientsupport@paylogic.nl and mention your order number. You can also visit the
helpdesk.
