    Any one who can understand English would be helpful here ?

    So I brought a couple of items in readiness for DefQon 1 in Australia and i payed for it though paypal. Now as the paypal transaction completed, i went to return back to the store site for a confirmation/ email but the screen went blank.

    i've tried contacting merchandise@q-dance.nl (4 times) and still nothing . I even contacted the customer service line in Holland which cost about 25 dollars calling from Australia . And the person on the other line assumed i was trying to buy the items though the phone even after i explained the situation.

    At the moment i'm out of pocket about 85 dollars and i had to resort to activating a claim on paypal as it's my only form of security.

    Just wondering has anyone else had any problems with the store site, or anything else above i have posted. And is there anything else i should / could do as i'm a quite annoyed about this.

    I think someone from the Merchandise Store will contact you. If you have send an e-mail 4 times, I'm sure someone will read it and take any actions.

    What browser are you using? I had some issues before with the DefQon.1 ticketsale (same issue with blank screens after redirect from paysite). I contacted Paypal and they confirmed the payment and send me the tickets manually. I use Internet Explorer since then when I need to pay for something on a site.

    that could be the problem ?, i use firefox and google chrome, but i have brought something before from the site, using firefox and had no problems. Maybe there's a security procedure on firefox that wont recognize, thats all i can think it might be ??

    Try not to use Google Chrome.

    Firefox is 'ok' but the most secure and reliable browser for online ordering is Internet Explorer. I know its a piece of shit but just use that if you can for the orders.

    haha ohh wow. How ironic.

    I just placed an order and it did the SAME thing to me. It timed out right at the "verify credit card/bank", but I know it went thru cause my account has just deducted $104 from my card lol.

    I just emailed them frantically both at the merchandise email address and info one. Thankfully after checking my email, it has an invoice for my order and a confirmation number. LUCKY!

    But lets hope they have recieved everything alright and my order is on the way :D

    Btw, I used Internet Explorer for my order.

    yer i got my money back, but i never wanted it back just wanted to confirm they revived it, now i tired to re-buy the Defqon 1 flag and lanyard and i cant find it :(, it's not my week i guess i just hope they haven't sold out, just want the flag for Sydney later this year

    Briano, What was your story mate? Cause i recieved en email confirmation with my ID number. And I have got an invoice but my webpage also timed out and went blank "page cannot be displayed". Right when I clicked "pay now' or 'confirm'.

    I just emailed them last night and still no word. I hope they resolve this issue quick smart.

    On the 22nd i made a purchase for 57.45 euros which included q-dance key change, DefQon 1 2010 flag and a DefQon 1 lanyard, i was able to pay the amount via Paypal. It was supposed to go back to the q-dance page to give me a confirmation letter, but the page went blank.

    (Yes i was using Firefox for this transaction, which i have now gone back to internet explorer)

    I messaged a few times and they "eventually" got back to me, i even called the customer service line in Holland from Australia. All i wanted was to confirm that they have the received the payment with a order number on there end and for myself to have, so i could just wait for the items in the mail.

    What they actually did was refunded me the whole amount. Now this wouldn't of bother me expect, now the Defqon 1 flag and Defqon 1 Yanlard are no longer up on the site so i can not repurchase them.

    I called them up today begging that they have another one LOL, and of course they said they will send me a email.

    The last email i received from them had my order number there, so in your situation if u received confirmation and your payment was deducted it should be there, but it seems they are quite slow at the moment to respond back.

    Now i found both pages for the two items i cant buy which are:

    Now as u click on buy now the page just refreshes and doesn't add to basket.

    As i was saying earlier all i wanted was the flag for Sydney later this year so i could get it signed and hang it up on my wall, but at the moment i guess not :(

    I'd like to order some items for 100+¤... Can someone confirm me that I can order without any problem, or Briano's problem is general ?

    Otherwise, I also advise to use IE for orders, I had some mistakes with Firefox in the past...

    they canceled my order refund me when i ordered that flag then i go to Re-buy it and its sold out.

    got em both already LOL , lets hope they bring them over for Sydney, my ambassador jacket hasn't even arrived yet

    got something else using internet explorer and worked fine, make sure your pop up blocker is off. :)

    thats is what i have, the first time around i didn't get any confirmation thou, this time i did. if u use paypal and u feel unsure u can always open a claim dispute that way paypal makes contact with the seller, showing them your transaction
