Q-dance merchandise store

is up as of today just grabbed a flag

Fly that Q dance Flag high with pride ! I know ill be doing the same once i get mine

I'm happy Q Dance have produced some merchandise, however, none of it is very good. All I wanted was a black T shirt with a massive orange Q on the front and the word 'dance' underneath it. Is that to much to ask?

Give it some time B.A.S.H they just started with the Q store,i think in the near future the store will be a lot bigger then it is now

So I brought a couple of items in readiness for DefQon 1 in Australia and i payed for it though paypal. Now as the paypal transaction completed, i went to return back to the store site for a confirmation/ email but the screen went blank.

i've tried contacting merchandise@q-dance.nl (4 times) and still nothing . I even contacted the customer service line in Holland which cost about 25 dollars LOL. And the person on the other line assumed i was trying to buy the items though the phone even after i explained the situation.

At the moment i'm out of pocket about 85 dollars and i had to resort to activating a claim on paypal as it's my only form of security.

Just wondering has anyone else had any problems with the store site, or anything else above i have posted. And is there anything else i should / could do as i'm a quite annoyed about this.
