Travelling to events alone?!

Hey Q-Dancers

I'm just wondering how many people go to events on their own?

Most of my friends are either not fans of hard dance music, or aren't interested in festivals/events etc.

I don't mind going to events on my own. I enjoy travelling and I kinda like being able to go where I want without having to worry about what I want to do/see getting in the way of what other people want to do.

I'm not anti-social, I'll chat, spend time with and party with anyone and find meeting new people really interesting and fun. I did happen to be able to take a friend with me to DEFQON.1 in June and we had an amazing time there too, but I'm unlikely to be able to take someone to every event I want to go to.

I'm just wondering how many people frequently travel on their own to events, either out of choice or because they have to?
