    Almost 5 weeks ago (or more now), I recently purchased a Defqon.1 Jacket from the Q-Dance store.

    AFter countless emails (mind you they take there sweet ass time to reply) and forver going in circles with them, I have had it. For the amount of money and money for postage one has to pay, I would expect it to be atleast registered postage or have tracking. This is being shipped to Australia and the package doesnt even have tracking id or anything.

    I am really dissapointed with the service. Has anyone else have had this issue when buying stuff from Q-Dance?

    I am now $140 dollars out of pocket almost due to this and im not happy at all.

    To send such an expensive item thru "normal mail" as they quoted and for the amount of postage you pay I would expect it to be registered or have tracking. Not happy at all!

    If u buy something that has to travel around the world, its gonna take some time to reach you. Just be patient. 5 weeks isnt even half the time its gonna take! That here's no tracking, is weird but happens a lot.

    Yeah well its got to the point Q-Dance have stop replying to my email now. I am not even bugging them, I'm actually being very patient and polite with them.

    Now they wont even reply my email after another one of two emails sent to them about the problem and hoping for a solution.

    This is the reason I ordered well in advanced because Defqon is here in less than a months time and I still have NOT received my jacket. I need it before the event.

    that sucks bad dude. i was planning to order some stuff in time for defqon. as it turns out i left it to late for the "8-15 business day" delivery so never followed up ordering anything. probably lucky i didn't by the sounds of it!!!

    hope you get a resolution to the situation!!

    I check my emails every night and have not received one yet. I will check again once I get home from work.

    I have just sent one from my work email to the 'Merchandise' email address.

    look at the date of the previous post m8 ;) it will be delivered don't worry about it.:)
    i have made a few orders and never had any probs with it.
