There is an event trainstation "Almere Strand" wich is only used when for example Defqon 1. is being held.
So If you are coming from Amsterdam Centraal you have to get off the train after the station "Weesp", but you will notice it immidiatly because Defqon 1. is only 1 minute walk from there so you will see the mainstage, beach, other tents etc. from out of the train.
The trains are leaving every 15 min so if you mis a train no problem, and last but not least make sure you don't take the express train because they don't stop at Almere Strand

If you want to travel by train, you probably miss the ending of Defqon 1, because the last train from almere leaves earlier.

My advice take the bus

had no problem with that last year, we were there till the end of defqon and still managed to take the train back to amsterdam. As far back as I remember the NS railroad company put in a extra train for defqon that evening, maybe this year as well.

I saw your probably able to buy a ticket immidiatly to Almere strand instead of Muziekwijk.
When the time is there you can check accurate departure and arrival times at this website http://www.ns.nl/cs/Satellite/travellers
